Procedures

Dear customers, if an insurance event has occurred with you or to your relative, please fill in the appropriate notification:

• Death
• Total or Permanent Disability
• Temporary Disability
• Involontary Unemployment
• Hospitalization

and together with the documents, indicated in the claim form, send as soon as possible to our address:

Claims are handled in accordance with the conditions, specified in the documents given to you by the credit institution. If any questions arise or if there is any vagueness, we are at your disposal every working day between 09:30 and 17:30. We will do our best to handle your claim quickly, carefully and correctly.
